The Hydra Genius packaging is quite eye catching when u spot these sitting on the shelves ready to be purchased.
The 70ml glass pump bottle is an eye catching cool coloured aqua blue, the pump head is more metallic coloured which looks appealing. One pump of the liquid texture melts upon skin contact and glides over your skin with ease. Instantly absorbed without feeling sticky your skin is left soft and smooth but more importantly hydrated! A slight fragrance can be detected but soon subsides, if fragrance bothers your skin then you might not like this.
I really like the liquid care for one main reason, its not complicated! Its a product you use after your serum and instead of your moisturiser, states the packaging. On those hot summer days when u don't want to be applying too many products to let your skin breathe, this is great, just remember your sunscreen over the top. Cooler weather, this is a step to add into your skincare routine just like it has been inspired by Asian skincare and how they layer skincare products. I have tested a few moisturisers over hydra genius because they have added SPF, that option is there if you still want to use a moisturiser. Hydra Genius Liquid Care being water based really does help it, as its near the beginning of your skincare routine. All water based products should be applied before oil based products as oil can penetrate water but not the other way around.
L'Oreal Paris Hydra Genius Liquid Care is a product that is great for beginners or for those who want to add something into their skincare routine. X Neil.
