Factors that can play a role to increase your risk:

Obesity: If you have a large amount of fat around your neck and have a neck circumference of more than 43cm (17 (inches) usually snore a lot.

Alcohol: Alcohol relaxes your muscles when you sleep, which increases the narrowing of your airways.

Sedatives/Antidepressants: In some people, these medications can have similar effect to alcohol on the muscles.

Smoking: Tobacco smoke can cause your airways to become inflamed, which causes greater narrowing of the airways.

Allergic Rhinitis/Allergies:

The inside of your nose becomes swollen and inflamed as a result of an allergic reaction to the substances such as dust or pollen.

The oral strip is inside a sealed pouch with clear and easy directions to follow on the back. You take the oral strip out of its packaging and place one strip onto the root of your mouth.
It is recommended for best results do not eat or drink after applying the strips in your mouth.

I was really surprised on how quickly these dissolve in your mouth and leave a pleasant minty flavor, which is great when using these just before your sleep time.

In the Snoreeze Oral Strips pack you receive 14 strips which is a 2 week course.

The strips are a quick and convenient treatment to use at night time and i have seen and felt a huge improvement when using these. I know when i have been snoring as i have woken myself up on rare occasions and also my throat has felt sore in the morning.

The Directions State:
Wash underarms and leave to dry. 
Spread trust underarm deodorant to the underarm area before bedtime.

The trust underarm deodorant is easy to access with a twist off blue cap that gives u instant access to the product. I did have a sniff of the product before applying and the scent smells of a non offensive citrus/lemon, great!
When you dip your finger into the pot, swirl your finger around and the white creamy product will then be on your finger, ready to apply to your underarms. 
I love how little of this product covered the underarm area and after application you really don't know the product is working its magic as the area feels comfortable with that slight scent. Even after application this will not stain clothes and can actually reduce offensive smells from your clothes efficiently. Trust underarm still protects you from odour after showering and swimming and
one jar of trust can last you up to or over 2 months, making this underarm product a cost effective product to use.

When i applied the Perspirex Comfort Antiperspirant i noticed there was a medicated alcohol smell that soon went when the product dried. It did dry in under two minutes, which is great for when your using it just before bedtime, for it to dry.
I have been using the roll on every night, which i found delivers just the right amount you need to cover each armpit area. I noticed results within three days and found my underarm area was dry through exercise and other factors like the warm weather.
