Christian Benedict generous fit is their 'Regular', whilst they call their medium 'Slim Fit'. 'Extra Slim' size is their smallest size. 

Taking a tape measure and measuring your chest and then your waist, you can then check their size chart guide to see what fit might suit you best - you'll need to know your collar size to start with, as you will want to compare the chest and waist sizes of the appropriate collar size to your own chest and waist measurement. To work out your collar size take a tape measure and hold it flush around your neck, then loosen to allow two fingers to slip in between your neck and the tape. Have a friend tell you what the measurement is or use a mirror. Christian Benedict offer collar sizes starting at 15" and increasing in increments of 0.5" to 17.5", they are hoping to increase this range in the future.

Three separate measurements are needed to work out your sleeve length and you may need some help.

To start, stand with your arm raised at just under right angles to your body. Then bend your arm at the elbow so your hand moves towards your chest. Now ask you friend to measure from the centre of your back to your shoulder and note down the result. Secondly, measure from your shoulder to your elbow, again noting the result. Finally, measure from your elbow to your wrist bone. Add all three results together to get your sleeve length.

2. Belly Breathing: When daily pressures begin to pile up, take five minutes to focus on your breathing. Lying down, place both hands on your tummy, covering your belly button. When you breathe in, imagine there is a little balloon inside your tummy. As it expands, lift your hands as you breathe in, lower as you breathe out.
3. Visualisation: Picture your digestive tract as a long, calm river that flows gently, passing through the throat and into the tummy. Feel the ‘river’ gently cooling the soft walls of your tummy and system, cleansing, healing and helping your body to feel full of energy and life.
4. Humming: Sit comfortably and on your next out breath, close your mouth and make a little humming sound. This can be very relaxing on the digestive system and restore a sense of harmony. Don’t over breathe, as the aim is nice, gentle easy relaxation.
5. Focus in: Take three minutes to focus on a flower. Put all your attention on this; its petals, fragrance, shape etc. Notice how it feels to be engaged and ask yourself what starts to feel different.
6. Tapping: Gently tap using your knuckles around the rib cage, across the back of the ribs and around the hips, use 20 percent of your effort while you say, ‘I can trust my body, I can feel relaxed’.

So, what’s my story? Well, I've experienced first hand the impact of poor mental health. Growing up I watched my mum go through depression. I personally suffer from anxiety and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). A few years ago, during a typically dark English January, my mum had a spinal stroke, my grandad died and I really hit rock bottom.
