How To Use The SALT & STONE SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreens?

Applying a sunscreen is fairly easy by either applying it directly to the skin when no other products are used or applying it after your moisturiser making it the last product to use before makeup. I typically apply any sunscreen after my moisturiser to still be able to gain the skincare benefits from my current skincare routine and the products i am using. Picking a physical sunscreen (Zinc Oxide) these block out and reflects the uv rays, rather than chemical sunscreens that absorb the suns rays, converts them to heat, and then releases it from the body. It is important to remember that if you are using acids to exfoliate, leave-on products that contain AHA's, and using retinol's or tretinoin you must wear a high-protection sunscreen to protect the skins sensitivity to the sun - why do all those treatments and not protect the skin?! 

The SALT & STONE sunscreen lotion provides a broad spectrum protection with an spf value of 50 whilst it is water-resistant, reef safe, and is also fragrance free to be applied to the face and body. Presented in a squeezable tube you receive 3 fl oz / 88 ml of product that should be applied liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure, reapplied after 80 minutes of swimming or wetting, and apply again after towel drying. The thick white cream glides over the skin easily and instantly nourishes and keeps skin hydrated because of the beneficial ingredients it contains. I really like how this does not leave the skin feeling sticky or greasy and because there is no fragrance added i can use this around my eyes with no complaints. 

The SALT & STONE sunscreen stick provides a broad spectrum protection with an spf value of 50 whilst it is water-resistant, reef safe, and is also fragrance free with a tint of colour for the face. Presented in a bag-friendly size, you receive 0.53 oz / 15g of product that u apply by twisting the bottom of the packaging to move the product up and then glide over the skin. It should be reapplied after 80 minutes of swimming or wetting, applied again after towel drying, and reapplied every 2 hours. The tint provides easily applications to allow you to see where you have applied it to the face so you don't miss any areas before the tint fades to leave the skin feeling hydrated but not sticky or greasy.

I have been using the mineral sunscreen every morning for over a month now and still have just over half a tube left, whilst i use the sunscreen stick to top-up during the day if im out and about in the sunshine. I reach for these products because they are easy to apply, do not sting my eyes, and leave my skin feeling perfectly balanced with hydration, but more importantly protected!
