The ampoules are best to be applied after you have cleansed your skin either morning or night and are really easy to use when slotting one into your skincare routine. Applying as your first product, i was quite surprised how the light serum instantly absorbs into the skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and looking hydrated whilst you can then proceed with your usual serum (if you wish), moisturiser and sunscreen. I experienced no piling or flaking off from the product and no adverse reactions you can experience with strong ingredients associated with skincare products to see results for example like retinols. The skin feels supple, looks hydrated, whilst appearing perfectly plumped all from applying just a one-a-day ampoule and finishing the 1 week supply.
