My Experience Taking The Sambucol Black Elderberry Immuno Forte 120ml Liquid.

Presented in a bottle with a twist off lid, the liquid is great for those that dont or cant swallow tablet form supplements. It is also suggested that a liquid form supplement is faster absorbed because the body will start to absorb it before it even reaches the stomach. I love how the taste really captures the ripeness and freshness of the black elderberries without being too sickly sweet and i take the recommended daily dosage of 10ml (2 teaspoons) on a full stomach everyday.
