What Is Inside The Ere Perez Oat Milk Foundation?

Foundations typically are a product to use to create a more uniformed skin tone whilst also hiding imperfections and providing a desired finish to the skin such as matte or dewy. The makeup product can also become your skins best friend because of the titanium dioxide it may contain as well as its other benefits that can act as a protective barrier between your skin and the environment. Available in six shades with also same-shade arnica concealers available, the longwear foundation contains the following:

Aqua (water) - Water helps other ingredients mix whilst water-based foundations are the most gentler for acne or spot-prone skin.

coco-caprylate/caprate -  Emollient and emulsifier for formulations whilst also helping a product spread to leave a non-greasy and soft-to-the-touch finish.

glycerin - Humectant that hydrates the skin by attracting moisture from the environment around you.

polyglyceryl-6 polyricinolate - Emulsifying to give cushion and spreadability to formulas whilst also functioning as a pigment dispersing agent.

oat (avena sativa) kernel extract - Soothes compromised skin by helping to repair the skin barrier and has anti-inflammatory benefits. Ideal for dry, irritated, inflamed or eczema-prone skin conditions.

peach (prunus persica) fruit extract - Antioxidant vitamins C & E that help fight against free radicals that can damage whilst also supplementing the skin with beneficial minerals and moisture.

tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e) - Esterified version of the pure form of vitamin E that has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help keep the skin protected.

biosaccharide gum-1 - Soothing and moisturising, it also has anti-aging benefits to help with quicker cell-renewal and provides a soft-touch feeling to the skin.

sodium anisate - Natural preservative (antimicrobial/antibacterial) obtained from anise and fennel that provides some skin conditioning benefits.

sodium levulinate - Natural preservative (antimicrobial/antibacterial) obtained from starch and vegetal inulin that provides some skin conditioning benefits.

magnesium sulfate - Helps and acts as an emulsion stabilizer in water-in-oil emulsions, Epsom Salt also acts as a texture enhancer for a formulation.

sodium salicylate - Antimicrobial preservative to keep your product germ free.

ethylhexylglycerin - Preservative that has skin-conditioning properties.

citric acid - Buffering and pH adjuster for a formulation. Gently exfoliates the skin and is known as an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) though is a weaker form compared to glycolic or lactic acids.

glyceryl caprylate - Emollient and moisturising whilst also helping oil and water ingredients mix and acts as a preservative.

polyhydroxystearic acid - Emulisfier and emollient that helps distrubute pigment easily and nicely on the skin.

potassium sorbate - Preservative that is used with others in a formulation to boost the effectiveness.

May contain +/- iron oxides - Iron is used as coloring agents and pigments in some cosmetics.

CI77891 - Titanium dioxide is a white pigment with great color consistency and dispersibility. It is used as a thickening, whitening, lubricating, and sunscreen ingredient in cosmetics.

aluminum starch octenylsuccinate - Anti-caking and oil-absorbing agent, it helps spreadability whilst aiding in bringing a velvet touch to a products formulation.

How To Use The Ere Perez Oat Milk Foundation?

It is best to apply the foundation to moisturised skin because it does dry down pretty quickly because there is not any silicone's in the formulation that typically help a foundation spread and dry-down slower. Presented in a bag-friendly tube you can fairly easy dispense your desired amount on the back of your hand, dotting the foundation on to cheeks, forehead, chin and along the nose using the eco vegan multipurpose brush to blend in circular movements for an even coverage. The brush is amazing for liquid and cream products and features synthetic nylon bristles (vegan friendly) that are ideal for sensitive skin types whilst the corn resin handle (alternative to petroleum-based plastics) is compostable and will biodegrade under certain conditions to help the environment. I have applied using my fingers, a sponge, and of course the amazing brush yet the foundation still performs extremely good whichever method you wish to choose. My skin feels hydrated but not greasy, looks veiled but not cakey, whilst the natural foundation lasts throughout the day to compliment anyone's natural profile.
